Importation of Methadone/Buprenorphine/Morphine: possible

Travellers bringing methadone or other OST medications into Ecuador must carry with them a valid medical prescription. We advise to also carry a doctor’s letter. It is allowed to bring a quantity of up to 30 daily doses for personal use.
