Importation of Methadone: possible

It is allowed to bring methadone into the Caymans provided patients carry with them a letter from their clinic or prescribing GP clearly stating that the medication has been prescribed legally for a serious medical condition. The letter should contain the clinic’s contact details, the patients’ personal data, the medication prescribed, daily dose and
total quantity they carry with them, and the dates of arrival and departure.
